Who we are
One company to build it and care for it.
Since 2021, Waterfront Solutions has completed 150+ projects across East Tennessee. We're one company with two sides: construction, and property care for homes around the lakes. We work on fine homes anywhere in the region, and waterfront homes are the ones we love most.
Most of our work is carpentry and outdoor living: custom decks, covered and screened porches and outdoor rooms. Inside, we handle trim, built-ins, doors and bathroom remodels, and outside, the landscaping and hardscaping that finish a property, so one crew can take a project from the ground up. Many of our clients come back for the next project, and many live out of state and count on us while they're away.
We keep the business simple and the work exacting: a written estimate before anything starts, one point of contact, photo updates you can see for yourself, and craftsmanship we're proud to put our name on.
