Call or message
Tell us what you have in mind. We'll ask a few questions and set a time to see the property, in person or by video if you're out of town.

Site visit & estimate
We walk the space with you, talk through how you'll use it, measure, and give you a clear written estimate that spells out what's included.

Scheduling & materials
Once you approve, we order materials, pull any permits the county requires and put the job on the calendar.

The work
One crew and one point of contact from start to finish. You get photo updates as the work progresses, and larger jobs are billed in stages as they're completed.

Walkthrough & care
We walk the finished work with you, close out the punch list, and if you'd like, our property-care team can look after the home from there.

What people ask us.
What kind of work do you focus on?
Decks and porches, outdoor living spaces, interior work, landscaping and hardscaping. Most of what we build is carpentry and outdoor living, and because we also handle the interiors, plantings and stonework around it, one crew can see a whole project through.
Do you only work on lakefront homes?
No. We work on fine homes all over East Tennessee. Luxury lake homes are our favourite work, and much of what we build ends up on or near the water, but we're glad to take on projects anywhere in the region.
Do you work with home builders?
Yes. Builders use us for decks, porches, trim-out, landscaping and hardscaping on new homes, finished to the same standard as our private projects.
Can you handle a project while I live out of town?
Yes. Many of our clients are out of state. We can walk the property with you by video, send photo updates as the work goes, and keep one person as your contact.
How does pricing work?
Estimates are free and in writing. Smaller jobs are invoiced when they're done; larger ones are billed in stages as each part is completed, so you only pay for finished work.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in East Tennessee. Recent projects include LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, Speedwell, Oneida, Kingston, Rockwood, Blaine and Bybee, and we love work on and around Norris, Douglas, Cherokee, Watts Bar, Tellico, Fort Loudoun and Melton Hill lakes.
What happens after the project is finished?
We walk it with you and close out anything left on the punch list. If you'd like, our Property Care & Maintenance team can look after the home year-round.
