What we collect

When you send one of our estimate forms, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, and the details of your project, such as the type of work, the lake, a budget range and any notes.

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they found us, roughly where they are (to the city, not an address), what kind of device they're on, and whether they tap to call or send an estimate form. It sets a small cookie in your browser to tell repeat visits from new ones. It doesn't tell us your name or contact details.

We don't use advertising cookies or ads that follow you around the web. To opt out of Google Analytics, use your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

How we use it

Only to get back to you about your project: to call or email you, plan a site visit and prepare your estimate. If you become a client, we keep your details with the rest of your project records.

Who else sees it

Our website host, Netlify, receives form submissions and passes them on to us. Google receives the visit information above for Google Analytics; the details you type into our forms aren't sent to it. Otherwise we don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
