The best room in a lake house is often outside. We build pergolas, pavilions and covered outdoor rooms that give you shade in July, a dry place to sit when the rain rolls in, and somewhere to watch the light change on the water.

Covered rooms get tongue-and-groove ceilings and exposed beams, stained and finished by hand. We add built-in benches, privacy screens and planters, and tie it all together with patios, walkways and steps, so the space works as one piece with the house.

Can you add a covered room to my existing house?

Yes. We build covered outdoor rooms that tie into the existing house, as well as pergolas and pavilions that stand on their own.

What does an outdoor living project cost?

Every space is different, so we give you a free written estimate after we've seen it. Larger jobs are billed in stages as each part is completed, so you only pay for finished work.
